Once again Tropical Soulvangelical notices that the Central Donkeys are at it again, using what TSV calls fatalism, perhaps alarmism, to try to distract from a) their attacks on Biden and b) the fact that they don't feel like they have anything to offer the populace. Gavin Newsom was on Colbert claiming something to the effect of "we may not have an election in 2028." Among other things, TSV takes this as moving the goal posts from last year. What happened then was that both Hillary Clinton and Michael Cohen both said "if -trump- wins this election, there will be no more elections." But TSV notes that among others, there's one that's going to happen in his home state and there's the one in New York City. Why, then, he wonders, doesn't the central party get alarmist about those? This he thinks they should do if -truly- there will be "no more elections." Or do they mean, no more -Presidential- elections? What is -their- definition of "election" anyway? We had primaries in both contests TSV mentions, so those don't count as "elections?" If they meant -Presidential- elections, he wonders why they didn't just say so? And here's another thing. He heard on audio this morning that Bruce Springsteen wonders whether we should have a third party because he says he doesn't believe that the central party is effective in things, and this is nearly 24 hours after Gavin Newsom's claims. At present, TSV didn't hear The Boss predict the end of elections, just his dissatisfaction with both -trump- and the central party. TSV wants to read if that's because Bruce, too, has misgivings or bitterness over how the central party attacked Biden and to date never apologized for it or sought amends. This whole bit about 2028, TSV observes, is an attempt to try to prolong a distraction from the attacks on Biden for -three whole years- as if we're going to be frozen in time at 2025 for all those years. Granted, TSV's not saying nothing bad is going to happen or -trump- won't try anything, but he thinks some perspective is in order if we -really- are going to defeat -trump- and send him to jail and hold him accountable. He thinks he talked about this one before, but generally speaking, you should -always- be concerned about democracy -in general-. He thinks that's what eternal vigilance is truly about, but that the alarmists have deliberately misinterpreted what Ben Franklin was trying to say, and in their own interests (yes Franklin mentioned that one too). Alarmism he sees as a thought terminator (and one which he has often sought to turn the tables on in order to make a point). If someone tries to tell you it's the end of the world, you then cannot argue or discuss the matter without being told you're just being in denial, but instead follow your own frightened instincts and then become malleable to the doomsayers. That's why instead of denying doomsaying predictions, TSV finds other ways of expressing skepticism about them. Where dictatorship is concerned, he wonders whether Camelot with JFK counts as a form of dictatorship in which we were made to regard the Presidency as royalty. If we truly believe in democracy, that kind of worship he contends is inappropriate, but he never hears any such reservations from the central party, only a euphoric recall type nostalgia. He resultingly also wonders whether the assasination of JFK was effectively a political bubble popping reminding us that Camelot was likely not such a good thing the central party thought it was. Both in Obama and Zohran Mamdani the central party insists on seeing a ghost of JFK, and obsessing over the supposed importance of "charisma." TSV points out that charisma is what generally causes dictatorship, because you really have to be an insecure person to be that focused on the "charisma" of the other person instead on your own self-reliance. It's pretty much cult-like thinking. Oh, and another thing. If there's truly an existential threat to democracy that Gavin Newsom supposedly describes, TSV points out that's why you have rebel groups in other countries, so instead of it being like 1984 or Hitler, it's more likely going to be like a rebellion civil war. There was never a civil war against Hitler that TSV was aware of, just World War II. That's why he thinks that tragedy in Utah happened a couple weeks ago. If push truly comes to shove, and as distasteful as it sounds, there are those who are looking to defend our values, by all means (see below)...

Tropical Soulvangelical spent most of yesterday evening declaring he's with Kimmel via his do-things activist channel (this shares base is the content he wants on an eventual audio solution replacing what we did previously, and is his/our say-things channel). Nearly half of his activity was about telling off the Bidenhater Donkeys who have apparently suddenly discovered that true free speech and the solidarity within are a thing. In fact there was a Donkeys channel (he believes this is the official one) in his stream that he responded to and said, "This [the attacks on Kimmel] is partially on -you-." He observed that Chris D. Jackson who's more or less the only Donkey figure supporting Biden (not merely "defending" but -supporting-) more or less saying the same thing, but TSV went right to the sources. One of those was Adam Schiff whom TSV dropped from his contacts list because of 7/24, and TSV told him onstream that it's not too late for those who attacked Biden (hint hint Mr. Senator because you're one of them) and themselves overturned democracy without -any- help from -trump- whatsoever, to apologize for the attacks. TSV's request for the Bidenhaters is to stop hating on Biden even now in 9/25, 14 months after 7/24. This he believes they can do without fear of compromise to political convenience (in fact it would be even -more- convenient, not less), because they have a chance to win back those whom they lost who stand by the concept of principle. Maybe the Bidenhaters just don't get the concept of principle when they place that below political convenience in terms of life's priorities. TSV saw a lot of suburbansplainers who unsurprisingly used a lot of Neimoller references to try to use the situation with Kimmel to guilt trip people like they've been doing, well, since 7/24 proper. If there's anyone still stuck in the past, it's them and not those of us as Biden Supporters, #Pro46, whom they try to tell to "stop wallowing in the past," which is also part of the 'splaining that TSV's expecting going forward. TSV got back at the 'splainers to tell them they just don't get it. But what generally happens is that the suburbansplainers do what they do to maintain the power balance of classicism. If the Donkeys were really about inclusion, they'd try to listen to those of us who try to live by principle by keeping on the righteous path towards the state of principle. But here's something that TSV doesn't think is getting reported. While he doesn't deny that Kimmel is getting suspended because of -trump-, the Bidenhaters are gleefully hoping that Kimmel is so badly compromised that they will get him to crawl to them to push the logical fallacy of presentism. For them, whatever it was that Kimmel said that got him suspended was not the sticking point. It's Kimmel on more than one occasion using the phrase, "When we look back on this years from now..." or "Historians will look back on this years from now and say..." To the Bidenhaters, this type of wise historical perspective is an anathema to that great headscrew they're trying to force on the populace to further their own political ambitions, over Biden's political grave, and using the awfulness of -trump- as a great opportunity. This TSV can see right through, and he's been deleting the activist texts accordingly in favor of Tropical Soul's own brand of defense on our own for Kimmel accordingly. They succeeded in making Colbert their house slave where Bidenhating is concerned which Colbert admitted to Kamala Harris roughly two weeks before he announced he's getting cancelled. Subsequently, it's the cancellation TSV sees as Colbert's karmic lot for playing house slave. The Bidenhaters, TSV sees, are seeing that Kimmel isn't as willing to play house slave, but now that Kimmel's suspended, they'll come right up to him and try to tell him You Have No Choice. In addition to suburbansplaining, this TSV sees as the act of rescuering. They act like they're Kimmel's "rescuers," which is also another way of TSV saying that Kimmel at least he knows where he stands with -trump-, but in time TSV sees that even Kimmel will see that the Bidenhaters truly are -trump lite- both as 'splainers and rescuers at least. TSV and I the Happy Bachelor within Tropical Soul want to let Kimmel know we have his back, and we're not going to try to "seek a favor though" on him unlike the Bidenhaters. But in time TSV's thinking that once Kimmel finds a way of getting back on the air, he'll see what we in Tropical Soul have been seeing since 7/24, take it out on the Bidenhaters accordingly, and think twice about having George Clooney on his show despite Clooney living about two blocks away or so from Kimmel's studio in the Hollywood area. This is because in time, Kimmel himself will see that such a thing will be increasingly...

Tropical Soulvangelical wants to make it known that he regards the shooting death of Charlie Kirk as terrible and tragic, and that that man should still be alive rather than dead. Do you know what TSV -isn't- saying though? That he somehow "condemns" what happened. In fact, he condemns the condemnation as a feckless appeasement of -trump- that will only -encourage trump-, and as an affront to the very concept of right-and-wrong as we're all obligated as human beings to make our way towards principle. He wonders whether the pseudoactivists had ever thought about how condemnation is contrary to what democracy is about in reality. He's pretty sure on the one hand they're Neimolloring the surrounding population and trying a guilt trip on them about not standing up, but that on the other hand they, too, join in the "condemnation," using a hash tag to the effect of Lower The Temperature. TSV asks them this as a history lesson. At what point during the Revolutionary War did George Washington with starving troops ever call over battles lines to the Hessians and said, "Hey Hessians! Let's 'lower the temperature'"? 36 hours before Mr. Kirk's untimely death, TSV was listening to Necessary (see below) on YouTube by KRS-One that he paraphrased in a previous base share. It wouldn't be lost on TSV that listens of Necessary and similar political rap from the late Eighties had picked up in listenership at roughly the same time by those of us the guilt tripping and hypocritical pseudoactivists from the donor class have effectively marginalized and hence prove themselves -trump lite-. It's also not a coincidence that TSV figures that the pseudoactivists also either said nothing or even supported calls for Biden to be deposed as President 15 months ago, and yet they still try to guilt trip everyone else about not caring enough about democracy? The same way TSV hears (paraphrased) in Necessary (see below) "my violence is not your violence," he's thinking that -his- democracy (and that of other Biden Supporters) is not the same as the "democracy" of the rich donor class pseudoactivists. The democracy that TSV embraces is more democratic than that of the pseudoactivists, which renders as a pseudocracy post-Hands Off. So here's a warning to all those who "condemn" even that violence that may be done in self-defense that both Malcolm and KRS-One talked about in favor of "lowering the temperature" that TSV makes to them. You should ask if you're really all that serious about the -reality- of democracy and what it takes to make it truly happen, by all means (see below ascii art)...

Jerry Nadler's decision not to run for reelection has exemplified for Tropical Soulvangelical the Donkeys As The Party Of Ageism. So anyone who tries to tell him he's wallowing in the past for continuing to protest what happened to Biden 14 months ago, TSV will point to the Nadler situation as a counterpoint. Those of you who might not know, Nadler has said he's not running for reelection in order to conform to the Donkeys' apparent "demand" that he "step aside for the next generation," despite the fact that he's only 78. TSV's congresswoman is about the same age as Biden was last year when he was deposed as President, and he wants her to hang on until -she- feels ready to go, and not because some corrupt bureaucrats in the party try to bully her in looking at marketing trends as per the 18-35 demographic category, totally ignoring all those over 35 but not yet 65. TSV believes that the party truly doesn't believe there are -any- people that exist in the country that are between 35 and 65 except for "parents." When you're a parent, apparently, your age category can be waived, and no-one ever talks about how you're not 35 anymore. TSV remembers it used to be 18-25, but now we're tacking on age numbers as we go. What's going to happen when in a given race an 80 year old decides to run in a primary on the promise of fighting ageism and who's never run for public office? TSV predicts that the corrupt bureaucrats will try to dissuade said candidate for being "too old", hence confirming what that candidate is trying to tell people and run on. TSV has always seen Nadler as a bit of a wuss, and wonders how he was ever a chairman of a justice committee when you think of a peace-through-strength type cop, Nadler is the last person to come to mind. So maybe it's not a surprise that he readily gave into undue pressures of some sort, because TSV has never seen him as somebody who ever stood for anything. TSV isn't exactly a spring chicken himself, and -none- of us are getting any younger. At what age are we going to tell people that they can't run for public office, and will that age get younger and younger, and if we can prevent people from entering public service solely because of a number, what other things are we going to prevent them from doing in life? Hold down a job and try to pay the bills? Vote??? As TSV leans over my shoulder as the Happy Bachelor watching me write this base share, he just told me right now that he wants to find an anti-ageist action non-profit to make donations to as part of his True Activism. Such a thing stands in opposition to the pseudoactivism he blasted the other day as the kind of wuss Nadler himself is, and is promulgated against by the concept of (see below, and no, Nadler is not going to be looking out of a window with a gun in his hand any time soon as per the ascii art)...

Sunday, September 7, 2025

Whether it's peace by war, or peace by peace, somehow we've got to get there, By All Means Necessary (KRS1BDP). And with that, Tropical Soulvangelical and I totally dispense with what passes for "protest" in the post-HandsOff era. We had thought that maybe there was a pursuit of principle with respect to Indivisible and 50501 earlier this year, but TSV's observations of protests in Washington DC and leading up from Hands Off to now demonstrates that that's pretty much over. Now when he sees video shots of protests, he's seeing intellectualists and Ivy League Idealists (i.e., -trump- Lite types) and -not- the ordinary people who are truly affected. His misgivings have been confirmed by the pseudoprotestors proclaiming that it's -everyone else- who's "tolerating" -trump- (what else do you expect a -rescuer- to say otherwise?). While TSV thinks it's all fine and well to be throwing sandwiches at an adversary, he says to be prepared to pack something with considerably more punch, because otherwise -trump- is just being emboldened by the current pseudoprotests. It's unlikely that we can run out the clock, TSV believes, with respect to the Supreme Court, because he sees the high Court as eventually giving -trump- a rubber stamp on -absolutely everything- he wants to do because both they and the intellectualist/pseudoprotestors are just too timid to resort to other means if that becomes Necessary. There's no way, TSV points out, that you can just read that passage from the Autobiography Of Malcolm X where he takes the position of By Any Means Necessary and not think that's being called for now. -trump- is endangering the lives and the institutions of both the National Guard and the Supreme Court, along with members of his administration and supporters both in the government and without, not to mention the pseudoprotestors very likely, and maybe even -trump- himself. TSV doesn't see -any- of those people surviving no matter how much protection they gain for themselves unless we somehow (proverbially) dodge a bullet. Both the National Guard and the Secret Service present way too many vulnerabilities for them to survive the concept of Necessary. Necessary will, if Necessary, cut through -all forces- like hot butter. Not even nukes will work. TSV asks, where exactly would we be right now if George Washington spent most of the Revolutionary War paraphrasing Neimoller while the Hessians run roughshod on America? We'd likely still be a British colony along with half of the rest of the world. Neimoller vs. Necessary. Maybe -that's- what Kamala Harris was trying to say on Colbert? If so, TSV sees it being totally lost on Colbert as much of his audience is made up of those middle/upper class -rescuer- types. So for the time being we're swapping out our usual valance banner at the bottom of our base shares for the concept of Necessary. And here's TSV making clear to all of you, including -you- who just came across this on the Internet and wondering what this "blog" of Tropical Soul And Principle is about. Once it comes right down to it, what would -you- do? Obvious answer, but we're placing it as ASCII art under this base share for our current banner.
